In two information-packed presentations of 90-minutes, Dr. Gaurang will discuss 25 different women’s remedies with MAPS of differential diagnosis for each of the conditions covered. 

1st session: Endometriosis - Differentiation of Important Remedies

Learn how to tackle acute bleeding, dysmenorrhea, and amenorrhea. During this session you will learn how a remedy can change from dark red hemorrhaging in remedies like the Magnesiums, the Carbons, Snake or Insects remedies and the Fungi to the bright red hemorrhaging of remedies like Millefolium, Aconite, Belladonna, Sabina, Acalypha, Ficus and more!

2nd session: Homeopathic treatment in Infertility

During this session you will learn how to use sarcodes in hormonal cases. You will learn how to differentiate between Folliculinum and Oophorinum. By the end of this session, you will have mastered the most important remedies for infertility in females, including Natrum carbonicum, the other Natrum salts, Aurum muriaticum natronatum, the many Aurum salts, Gossypium and more!

A few of the remedies we will cover include:

Murex purpurea

One of the most important remedies for hormonal disorders and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOD). Kent writes, “It is the exact opposite of Sepia. They are very lively, vivacious, jealous, very affectionate, talkative. Not like the typical indifferent Sepia. The main symptom of Murex, for which it is well known, is its very high sexual desire. Murex was called a highly sexed Sepia.

The other important symptom of Murex is that they often get a ‘cross’ pain - the pain goes from the right side of the ovary to the left breast or vice versa. 

Nosodes and Sarcodes

Sarcodes can stimulate an area where there is a block, after which the patient will require a deeper acting remedy.

Similarly, Nosodes can remove a block when the patient is not improving due to a lack of reaction or due to a 'never well since’ syndrome. Nosodes are also employed when there is a lack of symptoms or when the peculiar symptoms or general symptoms are few. They can also be used as intercurrents or for iso- or homeopathic prophylaxis. 

Pituitary anterior

Prepared from the pituitary gland of the sheep, Pituitary anterior is especially useful in cases where there are hormonal problems, and lack of reaction on the mental, emotional and physical planes. Many symptoms of Pituitary anterior are aggravated before menses.

During these sessions you will learn when and how to use this important remedy.

Testes

Homeopaths like Burnett and Clarke made good use of the remedy Testes. Women with PCOD, and high levels of testosterone, develop hirsutism, masculine voice, masculine physique, and aggression. In these situations, the remedy testes can be used for two days to reduce male hormone production. 

Medorrhinum

Many complicated cases of PCOD have a strong sycotic miasm in the background. I see the idea of avoidance, anticipation, growth. In many of these cases, anti-sycotic remedies are invaluable, the commonest being Medorrhinum. For women with chronic ovaritis, salpingitis, pelvic cellulitis, fibroids, cysts, and other morbid growths of the uterus and ovaries, especially if symptoms point to malignancy, with or without sycotic origin, think about Medorrhinum. During these sessions you will learn when and how to use this essential remedy.

Mammal remedies

During these two sessions we will explore mammal remedies like Ambra grisea and Lac caninum, as well as the lesser-known remedies including Lac felinum and Moschus, all of which are important in addressing a wide-array of hormonal disorders in women.
